New York City boxing trainer, NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Ralph Gilmore, will take you through a personal trainer-instructed, high-intensity interval training (HIIT workout) session that focuses on teaching proper boxing technique, combined with building body strength, endurance and explosive movement. This 45-minute, virtual boxing workout will have you utilizing your full body with every move, by throwing four basic punches (jab, cross, hook and uppercut) in combinations that will be instructed by me in every online personal training session. This empowering workout experience will benefit both mind and body, while increasing your stamina, core strength, muscle explosiveness and cardio level. The one-on-one, interactive boxing workouts will be primarily focused on specific movements, but it'll be spontaneous. It'll also be ideal for weight loss. The exercise routines will be challenging, fun and different every time! The online boxing training sessions is ideal for beginners who are looking to learn true fundamentals, and for more experienced participants to brush up on their boxing skills. All fitness levels are welcome. No equipment required, a mat and light hand weights are recommended. A high-intensity interval training (HIIT workout) is a 60 minute, boxing private training session that focuses on teaching proper boxing technique, combined with building body strength, endurance and explosive movement. This empowering workout experience, instructed by New York City boxing trainer, NASM certifed personal trainer and nutrition coach Ralph Gilmore, will benefit both mind and body, while also being great for weight loss. All fitness levels are welcome. A boxing gym facility will be available for use; however, there will be a mutually agreed upon workout location between the client and boxing coach at the time of purchase.
This high-interval training (HIIT workout) is a 75 minute, boxing private training session, instructed by New York City boxing trainer, NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Ralph Gilmore, will be geared towards seasoned boxers. There will be increased concentration on shadowboxing, footwork, hand-eye coordination, mitt work, bag work and building punch combinations. Improving strength, endurance and body explosiveness will still remain a priority in the session. Selected boxing gym studios (e.g. Work Train Fight, SouthBox by Eric Kelly, The Last Round and Gleason's Gym) will be available for use; however, there will be a mutually agreed upon workout location between the client and boxing coach at the time of purchase.
