First and foremost, as we're currently dealing with the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during these troubled times. I formally want to introduce myself as Ralph Gilmore, NYC boxing coach, entrepreneur and founder of Perennial Boxing + Fitness. I'm humbly appreciative of you all taking the time to visit my official website. My mission is to teach and motivate you through proper boxing fundamentals, while promoting strength, health, exercise, wellness and empowerment. For every single client that I teach in my private training sessions or group classes, I aim to provide a motivating and uplifting experience for all fitness levels and body types.
I have a talent for drawing, along with a passion for comic books and superhero movies. I believe that these personal attributes juxtaposes effortlessly with my love for boxing. As I'm teaching you correct boxing technique and mechanics, you will also be learning self-defense, improving your health and potentially picking up some life lessons along the way. As there are heroes inside of a comic book, there is a hero inside each one of us. I want to help you discover it.

Your Safety and Protection is a Priority
Scheduling Classes and Private Training Sessions
All classes and private training time bookings are first come, first serve. Classes and sessions are not confirmed until the programs has been purchased and you receive an email confirmation. I ask that you allow at least 48 hours notice for your requested session date and time.
Prepare to Fight
The most successful boxers, martial artists and MMA fighters of the world are always the most prepared. Their success are based upon training preparation, nutritional values, health habits, positive visualization, and yes, reliable workout gear. So before you begin any training class or program, be sure to wear comfortable clothing and supportive sneakers with flashing lights (okay, not so much the flashing lights). Don't forget to keep a bottle of water on hand and be ready to sweat!
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session that you already booked, please send me an email 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled time, your session will be forfeited and you will be charged the full fee for your session. All cancellations and rescheduling must be done by emailing me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you anticipate being late for your session, please call or send a text as soon as possible. There will be a grace period of 15 minutes past the start of your session time (your session will still end at the original scheduled time). If you arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of your session or do not make it to your training, you are still responsible for the cost of the missed session.
