If you're new to Perennial Boxing + Fitness, you can give this virtual class a try for only $20! A high-intensity interval training (HIIT workout) class that focuses on teaching proper boxing technique, combined with building body strength, endurance and explosive movement. This 45 minute at-home workout will have you utilizing your full body with every move, in every boxing class by throwing four basic punches (jab, cross, hook and uppercut) in combinations that will be instructed by me. This empowering workout experience will benefit both mind and body, while increasing your stamina, core strength, muscle explosiveness and cardio level. The workouts will be primarily focused on specific movements, but it'll be spontaneous. It'll also be idea for weight loss. The virtual classes will be challenging, fun and different every time! All fitness levels are welcome. No equipment required, a mat and light hand weights are recommended. Zoom link will be provided one hour (EST.) before scheduled time to access virtual content. The shadowboxing virtual classes is designed to teach you correct boxing technique, while improving your overall boxing IQ with drills for shadowboxing, footwork, proper stance and overall body mechanics.
